A van, a TDS meter, and one simple rule.
Sharafudheen grew up in Kozhikode, where hard water and unreliable supply were part of everyday life. He watched neighbours buy purifier after purifier — recommended by salesmen who had never once tested the tap.
He started small: a van, a TDS meter, and a rule that no home would be quoted for a system until its water was tested. Word spread. What began as a one-man operation became a team, then a network of branches across Kerala.
Today Sharafudheen still spends part of every week on site visits. "You can't run a water company from a desk," he says. "You have to taste the water."

I don't want us to be the biggest water company in Kerala. I want us to be the one families call back — for the next filter change, the next home, the next generation.
